On June 30, 2022, the Brazilian Foreign Trade Secretariat issued announcement No. 29 of 2022 in the official gazette of the Federation, saying that due to the lack of reliability of the data reported by the domestic industry, it decided to terminate the sunset review investigation of anti-dumping on tableware (Portuguese: objectosde vidro para MESA) originating in China, Indonesia and Argentina, and no longer continue to implement anti-dumping measures. The Mercosur tax on the products involved is 7013.49.00, 7013.28.00 and 7013.37.00. This announcement shall take effect from the date of promulgation.
